The Revd Fr Adam J. Trent

Missionary Priest

Father Adam Trent is a missionary priest living in the beautiful coalfields of southern West Virginia, and has served in ordained ministry since 2005. Since then he has served as Priest-in-Charge of a church plant in Western North Carolina, a ministry leader for a second church plant, and CEO for a Christian non-profit corporation. In 2011 Father Adam and his wonderful wife Laura relocated to southern West Virginia where they planted, and he now serves as Rector of St. Leonard Anglican Church in the city of Keystone. It is here that they are investing their lives in their community for Christ.

The Most Revd Thomas Gordon

ThArchbishop Thomas Gordonomas E. Gordon, the son of a Presbyterian minister and a Christian school teacher, was born and raised in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. In 2008, he was the organizing minister of St. Philip the Evangelist Anglican Church and, in 2012, he was called upon to serve his alma mater, Saint Andrew’s Theological College and Seminary, as its seventh President. In November of 2014, he was nominated to be the sixth Presiding Bishop of the Orthodox Anglican Church and the Metropolitan Archbishop of the Orthodox Anglican Communion. The nomination was unanimously supported by church delegates from the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada at a Special General Convention held on April 18, AD 2015.  His previous appointments in the Orthodox Anglican Church include Rector of St. Philip the Evangelist Anglican Church, Canon to the Ordinary, Suffragan Bishop, and Bishop Coadjutor.
